This process applies to products manufactured specifically for your project, including custom hurricane shutters, storm panels, impact windows, impact doors, and other made-to-order protection systems.
Because these products are built to your measurements and selected options, they go through a review process before production begins.
- Submit your product selections, measurements, quantities, and project information online.
- Our design and order-review team confirms the specifications, mounting requirements, selected options, and delivery details. We may request photographs, measurement confirmation, or additional information when needed.
- For orders requiring freight, crating, or specialized delivery, we determine the available shipping options and applicable charges.
- We send you the finalized order details, estimated lead time, and payment instructions for your review and approval.
- After your approval and required payment, your custom-made products are released into production.
Orders Containing Small and Custom Products
Mixed orders may require manual review. We may recommend shipping everything together, separating the order, creating separate orders, or holding smaller items until the custom products are ready. We will confirm the available options and charges first.

International Orders
